Our exquisitely designed holiday accommodation has every modern facility and a luxurious feel that will enable you to enjoy a superb holiday on the Adriatic coast.

With a fully fitted luxurious Italian kitchen, large open plan lounge, three cool spacious double bedrooms, three well appointed modern bathrooms, elegant formal dining room, laundry room, large balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens and inviting pool and a smaller romantic upstairs balcony with far reaching views across open countryside to the sea absolutely everybody will feel welcome.

We have carefully considered the needs of all our visitors with tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds and seating and a wide range of equipment from good quality glassware to fun games for all the family.

Time is not an issue at Hravatski San – you can spend long lazy days reading by the pool or wandering casually around medieval villages that time has forgotten or you can explore more energetically, visiting Venice, Rovinj, Plitvice Lakes or the Postojna Caves to name but a few.

Dining overlooking our softly landscaped garden, and beautiful pool – lit for the evening - is an unforgettable experience. You can enjoy BBQs cooked on our Webber BBQ, or conjure up romantic dinners from mouthwatering local ingredients.

If the weather is inclement why not eat by candlelight in our beautifully furnished dining room or dine at any one of the myriad of fine restaurants located nearby.

Whether you prefer to eat pizza in a local village or partake of fine dining and excellent service within feet of the Adriatic sea there is something for everyone (and all for a fraction of the cost of other popular destinations.).

Located close to buzzing Poreĉ in the sleepy hamlet of Rogovici, Hravatski San is a wonderful retreat from the hubbub of modern living. At the end of a short track and backing on to farmland, traffic is virtually non existent apart from the odd neighbour or two on a bike and the one or two cars that pass on the way to their equally tranquil holiday homes.

Please note that we do not rent out our villa commercially.

However, we do allow friends, family and people that we have met to use our villa for a nominal price - to cover our costs. This price of £400 is substantially below the £1500 per week suggested rental price.
